New Customer to AA needs an email

I finally bought the AA 6.5 Grendel I have been wanting for awhile. Unfortunately I placed the order the day after the election so I know they are very busy. The gal that took my order was extremely nice but said it would take a little while to get an invoice to me and she said the rifle would take approximately 4-6 weeks. No problem. I am a worried as I am still waiting for an order confirmation and invoice.

Do not invoice until it is in a box on the shipping bench.

I will ask about the order confirmations though. I am still not sure what we do about these.

your best bet is to get in contact with Melissa at AA. She deals with most of that stuff, and is good about getting in touch with you about your orders. She also knows a whole lot more than Bill :p

Once you get the order confirmation, the total should be listed on there. Delivery date confirmations are a little trickier. I got an email about a week before my order shipped, then an automated phone call from UPS the day before it was delivered.

Bill, Hey thanks. I got an email from Melissa which included the invoice. Good thing since she had an upper listed and I had ordered a complete rifle. They said delivery should be the first week of December.
