Interesting scope

has anyone heard of Shephard scopes?? I hadn't till I read about it on snipersparadise website.

I have had experience with one Shepard scope. My neighbor was going on an elk hunt and he had one mounted on a 300 ultra. He tried to site it in using several boxes of ammo. What was happening was if you used the duplex reticle the gun would shoot under 1 moa. A couple were ½ that. When you went to the range finding part the group would open up to 3-4 moa.

I noticed if I moved my head around on the stock the ranging reticle moved big time but the duplex didn’t.
That is the only Shepard scope that has crossed my path.
