I want to get the following expression engraved on my lower, can someone help me translate this to latin?

Peace through superior firepower

"Pacem per superiora firepower" is what I get in Google translate.

I'm looking for an expression similar to "Molon Labe" but not quite so well known.

So why do you need to say it in latin? Planning on shooting some catholic priests?

LOL, when the dead walk the earth, I don't want to leave any doubts about my intentions....

I just think saying it in a different language has a cool twist. In German it would be something like "Frieden durch überlegene Feuerkraft", but that doesnt have the same ring. And the same thing goes for most of the other languages I've tried.

In portugues you would say "paz atravez de arma superior."

I saw a great lazer engraving just outside the crown of a barrel which said "Smile, wait for flash". Where on the Gren are you getting your engraving? What does it cost?

on the right side of the lower. i haven't picked anyone in particular to do it yet. i know there are several companies that will evgrave lowers, and not just on the right side but in front of the magwell also. maybe some others can chime in if they have used a specific company before.

i'm also toying around with the idea of a custom logo instead of words.

if i had a friend's lower to pracitce on i might consider making a template and using my dremel. but that would have to save me a ton of time/money before i would risk screwing it up. but on the other hand if my lower takes a lot of abuse down the road i might do it anyways just to make it more personal.

i like that too.

i guess it's like in pulp fiction when jules talks about quoting ezekiel before he popped a cap in someone's ***.

I believe this is what you are looking for...... The word Parabellum is a noun coined by German arms maker Deutsche Waffen und Munitionsfabriken and is derived from the Latin saying si vis pacem, para bellum, meaning If you wish for peace, prepare for war. The term has been used in the naming of a number of cartridges.[1]
