For those of you having issues fully sizing or getting sufficient shoulder setback, you may want to check out the 21st Century shell holders (http://www.21stcenturyshooting.com/SS_Shell_Holders.php). I picked one up (in "PPC" size), and it's sufficiently thinner than the Redding and RCBS holders that I no longer have to cam my press over.
The holder is also nicely machined, and fit the cases noticeably tighter. I checked with Lapua and Winchester 7.62x39; no hands-on experience with Hornady brass.
