The Vendors Forum is provided as a service to vendors and members of the 6.5 Grendel Forum.
As such, please respect the time the vendors spend here and make their time here as effective as possible.
It is NOT the place to bash vendors or members for any reason.
If you have legitimate concerns, please handle them in this manner:
1) Call the vendor and try to resolve the issue personally in direct communication. THEN and ONLY THEN:
2) Open a new thread addressed to the vendor you wish to communicate with.
3) Provide all the pertinent info-- the problem, how you tried to resolve it, who you spoke with, how many times you spoke with them, (dates if possible), and as much information as you can provide.
4) Do not call names, do not whine, do not bash. We don't, and never will have a place for that. This is not a place for childlike behaviors. Problems get solved through rational, adult discourse.
5) Wait a reasonable time before complaining that no one has responded. For most vendors, I would suggest at least 5 business days.
6) If the vendor has an open thread, please only post those things which are pertinent to what the vendor has started discussion. Do not go off and bash at others or the vendor in the thread. That helps no one, (well maybe it helps you feel better because you whined and moaned and got it off your chest but it doesn't help anyone else! :D )
