These are both relatively new guns for me, with about 100 on the odometer for the rifle and about half that on the carbine. Here are the details for each.

Rifle (about 12 lbs sans mag)
LBC 24" heavy bbl w/bolt
Mega heavy duty side-charger upper
DPMS float tube
RRA 2-stage trigger
Bushnell 4200 4-16x scope
Warne steel rings

217214

Carbine (about 6.5 lbs sans mag)
AA 16" midlength bbl w/bolt (this is one of the board fundraiser bbls)
RRA midlength, one-piece free float tube
Weaver 1-3x
YHM rail riser and no-name aluminum rings

215216

The groups I shot with the carbine were using a different scope than the one pictured on the gun.

Nice looking rifles. On the carbine, did you get the third ring by getting two sets?

Thanks, gents.

Yes, zman, I had two sets of rings, and I stripped out one of the rings, leaving me with three. I use three because they're aluminum and I'm afraid of cranking them down too tight and stripping another. They're very lightweight, so I think the extra grip of the third ring is worth the couple ounce penalty.
