Anyone else going to Ft. Benning in Dec?

Anyone else shooting the Fort Benning 3-gun in December?!

I'm in with my Grendel...

Nope, wish I could though. I'll probably hit up the Superstition mountain 3gun match at Rio Salado next year instead. I have since switched to a .223 clark custom upper I bought for $500, so no more Grendel in 3gun for a while. Maybe I'll switch back if my local club stops using the USPSA time plus scoring.

If you go, do yourself a favor and try out Country's Barbecue (www.countrysbarbecue.com). They used to have all you could eat chicken on Tuesday's.

Their barbecue chicken halves are awesome.

Of course it may have seemed a lot better that it really was because we were sick of chow hall food!

I'll be shooting Thur. as I'll work a stage for the match. Won't know till I get there which stage. I've shot it every year.

OK Keith, glad to hear it, will you be shooting a Grendel? I will. See you on your stage. I'm can't wait to see what kinds of props and stage guns we'll use this year, the grenade launcher and full-auto AR last year were fun.

That unit coin they gave us last year was really awesome, better than a pocket knife or a shirt!
