What's a good powder that will handle all kinds of weather conditions?

I'm from North Dakota and when we shoot dear. It's frickin' cold outside. And if it's not cold....it's wet and cold. Anyways.... Any and all input is appreciated.

While not as stable as Varget and the other Hodgdon Extreme powders, I'm really liking IMR 8202 XBR. I don't do ball powders as I live in Minnesota and your weather blows into us.

TAC is very good with the 120gr class. Lighter bullets I use X-terminator
