  • No Longer Just Lurking

Signed up today after lurking about for awhile. I have found the forum lessons learned posts on reloading particularily valuable. I hunted my Grendel last year with good results on deer and feral hogs in cental Texas. The 120 Nosler BT seems to be my most accurate bullet although the hunting results with the 100 Barnes TTSX have been most fine with one two-fer recorded. The Barnes passed through and killed a 150 lb. hog and killed a 30 lb. hog standing behind. I'm impressed with the cartridge and will work a little more with the 100 grain Barnes to try and tighten the groups a little for next season.

Welcome!! That's the first two-fer I can recall hearing about, but with all the pass throughs that the Barnes have, I'm surprised we haven't heard of one before!
