I have acquired a 20 LBC barrel from Black Hole Weaponry. I am waiting for some 20 PPC dies from Redding so I can load up the ammo. This should be a real screamer. I'm thinking maybe 4350 on the 32's and 4150 on the 39's I like

I've already prepped 200 Hornady Grendel cases and am chomping at the bit to get this one going. Got some nice magazines in from ACS. The upper is an Aero Precision and a SAA BCG set up. The lower is one of a pair of twins I built two years ago. Timney trigger, ACE stock and a few other goodies in the lower.

This one will be fun.

Nice, clean looking weapon. The Ace stock uses a rifle extension and buffer, doesn't it?

That is correct. I really like the ACE as it seems to handle well. I have use this lower in quite a few matches over the past few years and really like how it balances.

At this point there is no data. It is one that has no industry standard. I will be using 20 PPC data for my baseline loads and work up from there. The first loads from another rifle ran around 3750 with 40's but this was a very mild load level.

Here are the first five 20 LBC cartridges I loaded up. I used Hornady Grendel brass, a Redding 22 PPC die, four bushings and a Sinclair Neck Turner set up. These are loaded with 39 grain Sierra BK's over a charge of TAC. I'll be shooting the first ones this weekend over a chronograph to get an idea on powder charges and get me some chamber sized fired brass for fine tuning of the dies. I'll also start working on the adjustable gas block setting.

Cool project. Basically a .204 on roids. Vermin beware!

You are close on that. It is more of a 20 PPC on steroids. I am using a 20 or 22 PPC die to load it with. Backing off the shell holder allows me to use dies that are available. It is a fun one to work with. I've been shooting a 6 PPC and a 25 WSSM AR and those short fat cases just seem to be easy to get to run.
