    has anyone loaded Hornady 95 grain VMAX for accuracy?

    Results? I have a 24" barrel.

    Great bullet, funky ogive, so it's tough to pick the right length for the Grendel. Do a search and you'll see what I mean.

      I loaded some 95 with 28.5 of 8208 and it shot great at 100 but have not tried it longer distance yet.
      2.260 coal at 2846fps no pressure signs.

        I had to reload my much shorter. I think 2.20-2.19, I'm away on business, so that's from memory. Otherwise I was jamming into the rifling. Shot okay, better than the 100gr Bergers and 100gr Sierra Varminter for me. Close to 1 moa, the 123 Amax is the best in my rifle.
