    Wolf WPA Bi-Metal 100gr 6.5G and suppressor

maybe a really dumb question, but putting together my first grendel build (Faxon 12" barrel) that I will run suppressed (YHM Titanium QD .30 cal suppressor).

I currently don't shoot any steel cased ammo through my 5.56/6.8/300BLK/308 rifles that are suppressed.

Any reason to be concerned? I am going to assume the Wolf 6.5 is going to be dirty and smell funny like their 5.56 and 308 steel cased ammo with bi-metal bullets and the same logic about barrel wear applies. But, I'd love to be proven wrong...

My first ammo is a case of 100gr Wolf steel case...for $250 (so much win right there) and I want to save my ears.

    Thanks!

I've shot this ammo through my Lilja 11.5" barrel with a Surefire Socom 2 Mini with Zero problems.

No its good to go. It's not corrosive or anything.

In fact I find that it's not any "dirtier" than my loads using CFE223 and 8208 XBR powders.

It's also the quietest commercial load I've tried with the Phantom.

So was the 100g projectile intended to be a scaled up 7n6? Was that ever confirmed?
