anyone use this scope yet? Looks very good on paper, but I would like some feedback realworld experiences before shelling out that kind of money. I was specifically looking at the 4.5-14x50 or 6.5-20x50

I have the older VX-3
im not sure if it moves exactly 1moa when i dial 1 moa (I strongly suspect that no scope in this price range does since scopes costing twice as much often dont) but I shot it at 100, 200, 300, 400, 500m and dialed it back and forth and it was repeatable enough for hunting
every shot was inside a 2inch circle up to 300m and inside a 6inch circle at 500m
then it returned to zero at 100m... it might (or might not) get the job done for a first round hit at 1000m but for any practical hunting distance I would use a grendel for it seems fine
