    1st Grendel Build Complete!

As a new member, along being a new Grendel shooter, I'm super excited to share my latest AR-build! After months and months of lurking, I finally started stock-piling, trading, buying, and waiting for hard-to-come-by-parts. My selection of parts come from previous experiences with other vendors/brands of components I personally experienced in my last builds.
The Grendel cartridge intrigued me most based on ballistics and it's personally-intended use...semi-light-weight hunting rifle in the AR-platform. Checking local availability of bullets kept me quite apprehensive, but taking a look online found many more bullet options. I won't be reloading anytime soon, but that's going to be saved for a whole other forum.
As of today, the build has been completed and the rifle is definitely an awesome shooter. Groupings are somewhat acceptable as I was only able to source Wolf 100gr in bulk for testing and plinking. Ideally, I will be selecting the 120+gr varieties for future hog/deer hunting.
Test-fired 100 rounds today function-testing to ensure proper gas, feeding, & reliability while getting my scope somewhat in the ballpark for next rounds of zero-ing.
Look forward to your feedback, comments, and questions.
