Too long to get decent velocities once you stuff enough of it in the case to make it mag length. The monometal bullets need bigger cases to get decent velocities.

I cut a few 127 Lrx down to 105 for a gel expansion test, then sent them to ROS in Cali. Results will be here soon enuff. The 127 Lrx is Not a decent choice for the Grrr round.
The 120 TTSX, cut to 95-100-105 is a better idea , as the cannelure grooves are in a better section of the bullet- centrally located.

bWaites , said it best-( yet by making a bullet way lighter - options appear.) Crank in all the thots - We can handle all the questions . We are in this forum as a team, we want to move- progress forward on this sweet lil round.

Can't worry of haters anymore, let's plow forth, as the mighty Grendel Warriors that we have become. A true team effort if there ever was one!

Thanks bwaites, sneaky, I had a box of 50 they looked long compared to the 129 sst's which it like up here in Alaska. Just thought I would ask so the fifty might not get all burned up in testing. Even single loading to move away from the mag length might would work. Fifty is not much to work with, it would be just my luck to have it be the best pill for my rifle. All the bullets you guys shoot are usually all gone when I get to town. Dave.
