    P & P Combo

I am looking for some advice in regards to primer and powder combinations. I have been using H4895 and CCIBR4 combination along with the 100gr Nosler BT. This combo is a deadly setup in my MGM contender with a 21.5 inch barrel. 2740 FPS I want to find a bit more speed without raising psi. Starting in January I will be working up some new loads using CFE, 8208 and LVR. FYI I did not have favorable results with H335 and the 100 gr BT. Using the 100 gr BT would any of the 3 powders listed above need magnum primers? What is the preferred primer for the Grendel not being on the AR platform? Not related to the original request, other than H335 what is a good powder choice for the 100 gr that will provide a bit more speed? I would like to find a powder that will provide speed and has a reputation for good accuracy? Thanks Twitch24

I've used TAC and was going to try Exterminator or Accurate 2230 which have the same Data on Western's online reloading Site. I got good velocity and accuracy loading A2230 and Speer 90 grain TNT. I've read where IMR 8208 XBR works really well with 100 grain bullets and I have a couple pounds to try but just haven't got around to loading the 8208. I've used Remington small rifle primers with TAC and A2230 in my 16" 6.5 Grendel with no issues. I read here where CCI 41 and 450's have thicker cups and have had good success with those. I have loaded 29.0 grains of H335 and 100 grain Nosler BT and Sierra 100 grain Varmint HP which produce 1-1.5" 100 yard groups out my 16" 6.5 Grendel.
