almost out of 123 sst's thinkink of trying nosler 120 BT

Im almost out of 123 sst's. looks like midway has some, but thinking about buying some Nosler 120's. however couldnt find any on natchezss or midway. sold out. Also I want to try some CFE I think to get more velocity than the 8208 I have been using. Anyone see any nosler 120's in stock for a good price? Also how much lead do you think gets in the meat shooting deer with balistic tips? I weighed a recovered 123 sst and it did not lose much weight. I ask for health reasons. I don't want to buy nosler bt's if they are going to pud a cloud of microscopic lead fragments all in the meat Ill be eating.
