    2014 Grendel Kills

    IMG_20141110_091435_908.jpgIMG_20141114_080508_223.jpg

Here's my two Bucks I killed with the Grendel this year. I shot the first on at approximately 250 yards with Hornady 123 gr SSts.
I shot the second one in the dry creek bed at the rear of my farm, he was chasing a doe when I ruined his day. Again with the Hornady 123 gr SSTs.
    Glad to be back boys.

Those are some nice bucks. How did the SST bullets perform at those distances, were you able to retrieve any of the bullets ? Great pictures , thanks for posting them and glad you are back.

            Nice job and Bucks!
12.5" SBR Grendel - Need Barrel
            Surge - Rugged Suppressor
Been a fan of the Grendel from the very beginning and haven't second guessed that choice one time.

            Aim small, miss small!

The Big 8 point I shot inside 75 yards and had a complete pass through, the nasty hole you see in his neck is the exit wound.
The smaller 8 point was approximately 250 yards quartered to me standing in a ditch with his front half elevated the bullet went into his neck just inside the front of his shoulder and stopped on the inside of hide opposite side behind the rib cage.
All in all the SSTs are very deadly. Both DRT!

And yes I retrieved the bullet and it sits in a ziploc bag on one of my gun cases, I figured I start a collection. Good to be back bro.

                  Great job and good eats
Hey I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though some times I wonder.

Grendellizing predators as of the fall of 2012.

Small bullets that go really fast, make me giggle...........

Making jerky next weekend. Had fried backstrap Thanksgiving day and of course I eat Bambi burger weekly. And I'm thankful 've got it because beef prices have gotten outrageous, thanks to obamanomics.

I never made it out because of a family members illness.
