Custom ones, but I cant afford that stuff, need a used one.
If anyone is letting go of one.
Thanks
Id love a grendel barrel for my contender
28gr 120gr nosler out of a 16" gets me 2488fps
awesome, at the longer distances, for me anyway, its harder to get a super tight group because the targets I use have such a small center and lines on them, the cross hairs cover too much.
The nikon is a BDC, I know where on it to hold for 400yds, going to put a turrett or Eliminator scope on it when I can afford to, if we get to keep our guns...

nothing wrong with that!! Whats the rifle setup?
Im a barnes fan, but have yet to get them to group in my rifle, that said, the 120gr noslers group great, and every coyote has been a 1 shot kill, have not had a chance on bigger game yet.
welcome from bham area
I have a few of the prostaff scopes, they are uber bright, great glass. The BDC isnt always spot on, but shoot at all the distances so you know where to aim. Its a good aid.
100yds, few different brands of brass mixed together, magnum primers, OAL just what fits in the magazine, I played with COL and didnt get much change in accuracy at all, this was the most accurate...
it had a bushnel trophy 4-12 on it, but the elevation adjuster on it failed a bit ago, so now I have a Nikon 3-9 BDC.
not 100% sure, its a 16", AA upper receiver, but the barrel has no markings, AA says its not one of their barrels, so I call it the mystery barrel. It shoots good though, those are 100yd groups,...
your good to 500yds if you can shoot good.

nice! Last time out I was hitting my steel gong at 400yds with my 16", love that thing.
thats not bad, I maybe need to try some different powders to get the barnes to work good in mine.
I have, but the ones I ate didnt taste like home grown pigs :(
Same load and bullet out of my 16" barrel at 100yds
