    New Lightweight 18" Lilja Hunter

Finished this last week for a friend who helped me build my arms room.

    Lilja lightweight profile 18.5" barrel
PF/Maxim 9310 Bolt with tuned extractor
    Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier
Aero Precision M4 no Forward Assist Upper, squared
    BCM ambi Gunfighter Charge Handle
AP Customs Carbon Fiber Rifle-Length Handguard
Low profile gas block sealed to the journal with Red Loc-tite
WMD Guns Nitromet MLGS gas tube
Thunderbeast Arms micro brake attack muzzle device installed per TBAC instructions
Magpul MLOK low profile QD socket

    LAR Grizzly lower receiver
JP single stage trigger installed for a hunting application
    Hammer bobbed and re-phosphated
    Magpul MOE K2+ Grip Grey

    Mil-spec 7075T6 extension tube
    Carbine recoil spring
    Spike's ST-T2 Tungsten powder buffer
    B5 Systems SOPMOD stock
BAD Ambi Safety lever biased for a left-hand shooter
All metal parts Cerakoted Sniper Grey

    With Nikon M-223 4-16x42, it weighs 7lbs 12oz

I took it out and checked accuracy last week. It shoots well with 123gr SST factory, brass ejects at 4:30. It's a sub-MOA gun when you pay close attention to the fundamentals. Most groups were in the .6" to .9" region. I shot a lot of groups with it, and recorded them.

The rifle looks sweet. But your pics make me want a room to hang my rifles in. My wife and I have been talking about building a house. I about have her talked into letting me have a big vault room poured when doing the basement

That's sweet! I ordered a SG Magpul K2+ for my AR pistol build, curious how it works on a rifle.

That's just disgusting. You are a sick and evil man to post up all that stuff.

..... Bless your heart of course!

What grip is on the top left? (wall pic)

The grip on my GAP .260 Rem AR is an Ergo Tactical Deluxe in FDE.

Sniper grey is hands-down my favorite color of Ceracote, but I'm trying only to use grey colors on my 300 BLK builds for easy rifle/cartridge ID. Who did the Cerakote? That is an absolutely beautiful build.

Thanks. I did the Cerakote. We're going to work up a 120gr TSX load for mule deer and elk this season.

I just checked the chamber, and it allows the 120gr TSX to be loaded out to 2.275" easily. Going to use CFE223 and see what a pressure ladder will do with it from the 18" Lilja barrel.

He took it out this weekend and he and his kids hit everything they pointed at out to 200yds, using small frying pans as reactive targets.

Definitely interested in the results you get from the 120 Tsx. I'm also about to start up load development with the barnes 120 TSX and TTSX, for elk axis Sitka and audad I think we also have the same 319 barrel, I would assume results would be very similar.

I, personally, feel no need for a forward assist — even though Jacob Bynum once explained to me in detail its usefulness for a "function check" before your stack of SWAT officers enters a building. But I feel like it's gonna be a while before I assault a building, so in the meantime I prefer a cleaner, sleeker look to my receivers. I gotta look into Aero Precision!

All that to say: Great build!

Another top notch build. I really like the looks of the hand guard and sniper grey Cerakote.

Last deer season I had to use my forward assist was cold and I didn't get all the grease out of it (was trying a high temp grease in the hot weather) wont be doing that again
