Hmm, interesting... I'm curious why be you don't have a threaded muzzle as a standard option? Also is there a way to update the website with Nitride/Melonite as a option. Since that seems like a very popular option?

I've reread the announcement a few times, and it still appears that Mark IS offering muzzle threading as standard.

Not familiar with these barrels, though. Anyone have any experience they'd like to share?
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?

If I recall correctly Criterion used to be part of Krieger before they spun off and they still make similarly extreme quality barrels. I thought of them for a bolt project for a Savage once, but never got around to it.

I would be eager to hear how much luck people have had with them, not just personal experience, large samples are just as valuable to me. : )

I am thinking Croterion was just a button rifled drop in quality barrel for those that didn't want to cough up the dough for cut rifled barrel. It is just speculation but I would think it was the same quality steel. I am all for more options but I do wonder if there is anyone here that hasn't been able to get .75 moa from their BHW barrel?

Yes I know he is with this barrel. But I'm talking about other barrels too. I mean it's Like a 50-75.00 upgrade. These are AR 15 barrels, are they designed with a FH? Yes, I could see if these are for bolt action. Since to me target crown is normal. Maybe it's just me.

Criterion barrels are exceptionally accurate in my experience, and in that of those that I know who have them. Great barrels really.

Have you found them to be comparable to Krieger?

I know they used to be a division of Krieger, so I'm guessing very similar and button.

I think some guy said that on post #4 of this thread. : )

I know LRRPF52 has done lots of shooting with lots of different brands so I figured it was a non-zero chance he would have tried several of them both and might have an informed view.

I have a buddy who was shooting 2.5" groups at 700yds with his .260 Rem Savage with a drop-in Criterion barrel.
