    blown 6.5

well I was at the range last week shooting my 6.5 gre. ar 15 Anderson upper and lower when the rear pin hole in the upper became very loose maybe 60 to 70 thousands to large. the loads are about 1 to 1/2 under max in the book I went to rainer arms and got a new upper maga super heavy duty and its working fine have you seen the before with a Anderson upper

It's not because of your loads. It was likely that way before you ever shot it.

It would have to be. Not enough recoil in the AR platform to knock .070" out of rear pin hole. If you were shooting rifle gas with carbine buffer your wear would accelerate on the platform, but not on pin hole. Your buffer and buffer tube would take the brunt of the beating.

not likely at all-- probably made that way to start.

i can recall quite a few GM hudramatic m-16s from the service that were very, very sloppy and rough finished in that regard but they shot as well as any of the others-
