Are you guys shooting this in your $$$ precision barrels? Any problem with that? Wear? Cleaning?
If it's gtg, would be inexpensive for short range steel and trigger control.

this doesnt shoot very well in my more better rifle. i was againsted the use of it when it was finally released as i had only the one 6.5 and felt like i had spent alot on it and wasnt going to "waste" any part of the life of it using anything but the best ammo i could. but, now i have several of these and not so much dollars in them so this cheaper ammo is good for that. it shoots good enough for that use plus i dont have to pick up the fired casings. great for walking around the fields looking for pesky varmits and such! i have been pulling the bullets on some and replacing the powder and bullets with better quality and getting good results so some look like steel case hornady,,,,,,

On accuracy the bullet jacket is bimetal construction. It is intended to work in conventional type rifling. Canted transition rifling typified by 5R types do not engrave aggressively enough and despite generally being match barrels will not shoot this ammunition as well.

Santa ordered 2 cases for me

i am getting 2290 out of an 12" ar stoner 5r barrel that started off at 18". with wolf steel i had groups of 2" and 1 5/8" at 100 yards at approx 3300' and 35 degrees.
