Aussie made Howa Mini Action Stock

Came across this Aussie made Howa Mini Action Stock on 24hourcampfire, I like this version. Since he also had a non-collapsible stock version too, That one reminded me of a Sig stock on the new MPX. It would be nice if these ever ended up in the States. It's probably meant for the Heavey barreled version, but I guess you could see about it being built for the thin barrels version. If that's your thing,

It'll be interesting to see how long after the Grendel comes out that they introduce after market stocks and other items one might want to upgrade.

Been a fan of the Grendel from the very beginning and haven't second guessed that choice one time.

I sponsored the initial build of that stock (ie. bought the aluminium blocks for prototyping them) and it is made by a good friend of mine.

He has just massively upgraded his CNC Mill to a multi-tool, higher powered mill which will significantly improve his production capacity. Stocks remarkably like that one may be available very soon, perhaps even in time for the launch of the Grendel Howa Mini?

    Covered it off here...

May not appeal much where an AR can be bought, but we expect them to sell well here in Australia.

Takes standard M4 grip and butt assembly (would take AR15 butt too if you want it).

Is this the same fella "down the road" that is making the 20 MOA rails? I believe LSI was looking into them, right? And it appears LSI is interested in this stock too! Any ideas on USA availability and cost?

Due to US ITARs laws, it turns out it is amazingly difficult to get any weapons related part into or out of the USA. It seems that 'weapons and weapons parts' are pretty much the same thing whether they come from the latest ICBM or are for a single shot rifle (I'm a Ruger No.1 nutter too). With ITARs, only parts with a wholesale value under $100USD can be exported without a permit - that value is nearly 15 years old and does not buy anywhere near as much as it used to.

Anyway, if you have interest in one of these stocks it seems that Matt@LSI may be the best point of contact.

luckily we have a pretty awesome licensing guy who browses here as well.
were waiting on a green light from the producer so we can get a couple in bound. i dont have anymore details other than that.

                    Looks like a great stock.
Would look better with a Magpul PRS stock attached....

                    Look forward to more info.
