SOLD: Seekins ATC Brake 5/8x24 Thread

Seekins ATC 5/8x24 Brake. Used. I shot 20rds through it when testing a 20" build for another forum member who ended up not wanting it. I ran it through my ultrasonic cleaner, so it is pretty clean as you can see.

They retail for $89. I'll take $75 shipped. Beautifully-machined brake, I'm just not big on brakes myself.

Met a guy last year that was shooting Seekins first prototype 18" 6.5 Grendel barrel at my local range... Haven't checked to see if they're producing it yet.

Tapers down to .850" where it joins the locking ring.

How much recoil did it lessen ?

On a Lilja AR740 lightweight 20" gun that weighed 6lbs without optics, it eliminated muzzle climb and there wasn't much of a hint of felt recoil.

Cool, I may be selling my Shorty 40 - to my nayb. This might seal the deal. It's a 15 yr. old teen just taking up deer hunting, Hates recoil.
