Those velocities are a bit high for normal chambers.
Your bullets may be engaging the lands rather heavily when the rifle goes into battery.
Check your brass for pressure signs.
Also, cycle unfired loads through battery and eject them. Check for signs of contact with the lands.shootersnotes.com

Velocity looks normal to me for a 24". Most 24" push the factory 123gr in the mid-2600fps region.
Your ES and SD are really tight too. That would make a really boring 1000yd load on sils.NRA Basic, Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, RSO
