I'm really interested in the Argos btr 6-24x50 mil-mil. Also like the Midas 4.5-27x 50, just not crazy about the 15x reticle validation. Any thoughts? Thanks

Would be interested in pricing for:

Cronus 4.5-29x56 APLR MIL FFP scope

Cronus 1-6x24 ATSR16 MIL FFP scope

Thinking about getting a Talos BTR 4-14x44 or the Argos BTR 6-24x50

I shot a DMR match at Peacemaker with a buddy that used the Argos BTR 6-24. He can't stop talking about it. Loves it like you wouldn't believe. The Midas is definitely a better optic in all regards. As far as 15x reticle validation, I need to ask, is that a deal breaker with this scope? I haven't tested it myself but I do believe that was confirmed by an Athlon employee. Anyone in your area have one you can take a look at? I have to put hands on an optic before I buy one. Also got to look through it and preferably shoot with it too.

1-6 Midas BTR MOA and is the HD lens made out of fluride or are they extra low dispersion?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Your guess is as good as mine. I have actually requested more detailed info from sponsors and they never really give me anything more than I can find on their websites. I understand having some information that is proprietary but they all take it to some crazy level. Companies can claim this and that and since no one knows what that means, we as consumers can't really argue it. Sorry I can't give you more than this. You can't go wrong with a Midas BTR though. I haven't run into anything that compares in the price range.

The Athlon Optics Midas BTR GEN2 1-6×24 ATSR16 SFP IR MOA hunting riflescope is accurate, tough, durable, and extremely versatile.
