Hey LRRP, do you know if the 160 gr will cycle the AR platform in a subsonic loading?

One thing you can do is grind down the release lever making it less prone to activation.

I did that with mine - i left it about 2mm high

Fixes the issue completely

+2 I cut it off and finished sanding it down till I stopped dropping it out accidentally. 1/6" I'd say.

Did anyone see if Manners had finished inletting a stock for the mini action?

I read on another forum that he would have one inlet for an EH1 for the shot show

Might want to give them a call or email. I did last month and was told they didn't have one made, but could make one for you. Not sure on price.

I cant imagine it being cheap... I just ordered an MCS EH1 for another rifle and it was $1450 AUD landed and a 6month wait O_O!!

I emailed wildcat composites in Canada about making an ultralight stock for the mini - they said they don't do any howas yet - so no joy there either

I did the same last week. Eventually if we keep asking, someone will step up go the plate.

I'll hunt this year with my chop-job and send it off for a Pendleton stock after hunting season.

He (owner of Oregongunsmitingllc) advised me he could make one. I believe it was going to be around 630.

ok cool - reading between the lines it sounds like he needs a rifle so he can make a mold for the inletting?

I've emailed him (waiting for a response) but if this is case I'll have to wait till someone sends theirs off.... its a bit hard for me to do from overseas

it would make a great baby mountain rifle LOL
