Thanks blunt force, looks like 1ft of penetration and a massive wound cavity. I wonder how much weight the bullet retained ? I have a family of beavers that needs to be introduced to these . They have water backed up on my back field shooting range .

Only one way to find out and that's too, go and get you some beaver! Then try and find the TNT, weigh it, do a some measurements of the wound channel.

I went back there late this afternoon to hunt them . They are some smart boogers. As I was walking I heard the tail slap and water movement , then nothing. I sat for 2hrs hidden then decided to leave. They are in a buck brush swampy slew so no sniping on these beavers , only close shots ( around 25-35+ yds ) . I've tried a trap , but can't find their den . May have to buy some beaver lure scent .

Resurrecting this thread for some info..

I often use Targetsportsusa.com. They hadn't listed the 90 gr offering. I emailed them asking if they had plans to carry it and included a link to Federal's site with the information.

They responded back the next day that they would carry it. Later that day they had it listed. Not available/in stock yet but you can sign up for an email alert when they have it available.

I got some 90gr TNTs from Bud's last week. Shipping was remarkably fast and affordable.

                  Thanks, Dinny

My 17.6" Lilja produced these numbers:

                    68.2˚ to 74˚ F Temps, beautiful day

Lilja 318 barrel (I had mine cut to 17.6", basically an 18")

                    90gr TNT
                    2882 2886 2875 2878 2883

                    2900 2922 2903 2893 2904

                    AVG: 2893 fps

I rapid-fired the 90gr TNT into 1.13"x 3.065" at 300yds. This is a great load for varmints and coyotes I think.

Got it for $44 and change with free shipping. Bud's is one of those companies that abandoned us behind the iron curtain here in New York and refused to ship to us for many years.

Haven't seen a report yet from a 16" tube, so here you go.

Odin Works 16" ultralite. 1:8 SAAMI.

Groups always hover right around an inch. Very happy with this ammo. No recoil whatsoever. Functions perfectly with my ILGS and tunable gas block optimised for my 123 eld-m loads.
