So I was in the search for a new AR build. I did a little research and decided to do one in 6.5 Grendel for the extra power and the ability to reach out and touch something while remaining in a compact AR-15 platform. I've already ordered an upper from Precision firearms, the Neptune VIII with the Lilja barrel and a NiB BCG. I don't know very much about the quality of upper receivers from most sites, but Radical seems a little bit too much on the cheap side and so far I haven't heard anything bad about precision firearms. Hopefully I didn't make a mistake. Anyway, I look forward to putting this together and testing it out over the next year.
