Cz 527 questions

Anybody have any info on if a cz527 American in 6.5 Grendel will fit into 527 223 fs stock? I realize the barrel is longer but I'm not concerned with that. Thanks

Not a cz expert, but both use the micro Mauser action so stocks should be interchangeable.

Not sure about the stock fit the mag on the 223 is narrower and the cutout is narrower than the Grendel mag if I recall correctly. I would just compare them but a friend has my 223 so it is not here for the comparison. I know the more I shoot the CZ 527 7.62X39 carbine to Grendel the more I like it.

Stocks are interchangeable based on my experience. I can share that I have used a 204 Ruger stock on both a 221 fireball action & a 7.62 x 39 action. Bottom metal and clip varies though.

any more questions you may want ask the experts an the number listed below. If you get them on the horn ask when we may see the 6.5 Grendel in the states?

Thanks for the info guys. Still trying to decide whether I want pac-nor to make me a 6.5 barrel or just wait for the next round of 527 grendels to be in stock

I went by an authorized CZ dealer late yesterday. CZUSA offices had already closed, so he was supposed to call today and did. He gave me a call and said that they informed them that the initial shipment was to be 300 rifles, and that 293 were committed. He put in an order for me so I am hoping 294 are now committed.
