Initially, the one on the bottom was an 18" 5.56 with a DPMS MK12 barrel. I turned it into my first Grendel build by swapping out the barrel to a 20" Wilson Arms fluted. Well... that 18" DPMS 5.56 barrel and YM bolt wasn't doing any good just laying around so I built it up into a new upper using parts that I acquired as they went on sale and slapped it onto my M4gery lower, painting the handguard and stock to match. I had the Vortex 6-24 laying around because I got a good deal on it a while back. The ADM mount was originally on my Grendel but as this is a hunting gun I wanted to lighten it up a bit so I swapped it out with an Aero ultralight and I also ditched the silencerco FH for a thread protector. The Grendel feels much lighter and easier to handle just by swapping out the scope mount and muzzle device. Now I just need to get to loading and shooting my 53gr V-Max's, 77gr TSMK's, and 123gr SST's. I got everything from Prairie Dogs to Mule Deer covered pretty thoroughly.

I had to make it B&W because the colors don't match and I'm OCD.
