New Larue Grendel Owner From Tx

Well I pulled the trigger on the new Larue Grendel...too good of a deal to pass up. Looking forward to seeing what this bad boy can do. I plan on it being my go to hunting rifle. On my lease in Tx., we have whitetail, stag, aoudad, and plenty of pigs. So there's no shortage of animals of all sizes to to test her out.

Will do. I'll be running the rifle with a razor 3-18. Seems like the go to round is the 123 grain sst. Going to try that along with the eldm.

Just outside of Houston. Spend a lot of time hunting north of Leakey. I honestly don't know anyone who shoots the cartridge. Big Larue fan, and what I've read this round seems to fit the bill for my style of hunting. So I couldn't pass it up. I do have a buddy who is putting together a Grendel as we speak. So we'll be on this glorious journey together.

I spent last fall working at Cabelas in Allen, TX as SME in the ammo area. I was amazed that, almost daily, someone was either buying Grendel AMAX's or asking where they were. I got to spend a lot of time evangalizing the Grendel and made a number of converts. The Grendel is the answer!
