    129 ablr

I know some of you guys have been looking for these. Just thought I'd share..

$36/100. Shipping to me on the East Coast is a bit pricey, but you can get a shipping estimate through their site for UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

I've got to try these out..

It's one of the few 6.5 bullets I've yet to play with, and the numbers for both b.c and expansion threshold are impressive

Why is shipping so high? I wonder if they have ever heard of USPS Flat Rate Boxes. Can't order from them..

Monmouth Reloading has these in stock for $39. For those with larger case 6.5s, They are also practically giving away 140 gr RDFs and their .33 G7 (around $120 for 500 - shipped!)

As another reference point, I picked 300 Nosler 129gr ABLR seconds up and there's a reason they're seconds. Bullets actually looked fine, but had to sort by ogive for there to be any consistency. Base to ogive varied by .021 across 300 rounds. Haven't had a chance to shoot them yet, but wanted the need for sorting to be out there, if you go the seconds route. I've used a lot of 123CC's over time, sorted them too (tipped and pointed, as well), but have never seen as much variance in ogival length as this batch.

Monmouth sells 1st run. I've put 600 175gr RDFs from them down range and each one has gone exactly where it's supposed to. I loaded up 30 of the 140 RDFs I'm going to test today. I checked the length of about half of them and the base to ogive variance was 0.002

Edited post. Were 129gr ABLR seconds. Have heard good things about RDF's, but no opportunity to test yet.
