So I get my new Grendal today and get a scope mounted and head to the range with Hornady 123 A Max factory load. Everything is on paper1st 2 shots make adjustment and get about a 2 1/2" group at 100 yds, 3 shots. Another shots and about 2 inches lower, another 3 shots 1 way left one where it should be and one high, another 3 shots about a 4" spread. More adjustment and no change. 5 shots at a 12" gong at 200 yds and all misses. Just got back Sunday from a shoot where I took second with my Creedmoor. Maybe I just got a rifle that kinda looks good but don't shoot.

Give it a little time and send more rounds through the tube. My Howa Mini didn't shoot all that great in the beginning either.

My new cz wasn't good till I had 6 boxes down the pipe the last time out it shot 7/8of a in.at hundred I haven't been out since been swamped at work. But I can't wait to get out again to send more down range. And is that a sightron scope you got on the cz

Did you torque rings to specification?

Did you check the action screws on the rifle?

This and like others have said more rounds own the pip usually helps.

A well done pillar and glass bed job has worked wonders on a couple CZ 527s for me

Yes everything was torqued to spec. and it is off another rifle I sold, good scope.

I am watching this to see how much better you can get it. I really, REALLY, like this rifle. Beautiful, light, compact, and sleek. If only it was gnats ass out of the box eh?

(This was on the short list for my sons HS graduation in a few years, I am hoping it stays on it.)

Really like the scope, have another one on my CZ 455 PT Slll 10-50x60 use it for 22 shoots. like that it focus down to 25 yds

I would have a close look at the crown at the muzzle.Maybe it is poorly done.
My Howa shot nice groups from new and now that I have taylored some loads it shoots little bug holes.
A new rifle should shoot well out off the box!It sounds like you have checked it over.

Looks like it. I just checked the website for Toole shooting supply where I got mine the first part of July. I got their last one then and they are showing one in stock as of this morning. $15 less than grabagun and no sales tax for us Texans.
