    buffer for carbine lower

hi from Hawaii! I'm new to this forum and in search of information (I used the search bar and have not found exactly what I was looking for) . my question is I recently purchased a 24in upper from hardened arms and I was wondering if I would have any issues running it on a carbine length lower, I've ran my 20in 223 lower on it with no issues but wondering if the Grendel would have a different impact on it.
    Thanks in advance

I can't predict if you'll have any issues but well-built 24" RLGS guns work with carbine RETs and buffers.

If you have a variety of carbine buffers, try 'em out...lot of variables so I'd use the heaviest one that's reliable.

I recently purchased a KAK or knights armament (can't remember which I get those two confused alot) variable buffer and weight kit from Rainier Arms. For about $40 pretty good price considering how much some people charge for just the weights. Ran mine F/A just fine.
