Making 2nd Grendel build, want to use an upper receiver with the integrated carry handle, ultimately want to make build look like pic related. Hang ups I see are that the A1/A2 receivers I've seen online don't have M4 cuts and no clue how that might mess with the build's function. Read and watched videos that the M4 ramp cuts were made for the then new M855 bullet, a longer bullet than the M193, and that it aided in full auto. Other notes I read are that for semi-auto actions you don't need M4 cuts necessarily, and that better magazines have been made that solve the feeding functions since old magazines were made to be cheap and disposable. Just want to know if anyone on here has used the A1/A2 style upper receivers and if problems arose or not. Thinking might have to make the ejection port slightly bigger only hopefullyoutdoorhub-pictures-of-great-looking-wooden-furniture-for-ars-2.jpg.

Think it would be fun to play with and to take hog hunting occasionally and like having a KISS rifle around too. There isn't anyone I'm missing that's making a 20 inch government profile 6 5 barrel with a
