I just got a set of Hornady dies, I like them. In some ways they are much better the the RCBS dies I have used in the past. The bullet seating system is very good.
Some use the expander, others (like myself) remove the expander or de-cap as a separate step.
Based on which brass I am sizing, I have bushings from .286 to .288". I get .003" of tension from the .286 with Hornady brass, and from the .287 with Lapua.
The .288 is for if/when I reload for a bolt action.
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?
Best bushing dies made. Actually, they are also bump dies too. The bushing is neck and shoulder. $220.00 a set for custom dies. You will spend that much on the Redding Type S die set.

I have both and you asked which was the best.

Those look like nice dies. I see they size them to your fired case.
Does that mean they can only be shot in one barrel?
