There are already reviews of it by Military Arms Channel

    and 22Plinkster

I saw both of these last night. To bad I live in Cali and have the 10 round Magazine limit. 9mm carbines just seem not worth it if you can't use the Glock 33 round mags.

I noticed the 1/2"-28 threaded barrel. That means the barrel wall thickness is .0725", even less with threads and grooves.
That seem awfully thin. Set it on a caliper. Does it seem thick enough?

I meant set a caliper to .0725" and see if it looks thick enough.
You better have something screwed on the barrel or a bump might damage the wall.

1/2x28 or 1/2x36 is the industry standard threading for 9mm.

I hadn't remembered that but now that you say it 1/2x36 sounds familiar.

10mm would have been more useful for farm and ranch varminting, deer and pigs and self defensive use especially if it would run Glock 20 mags.
Moriarti has 10mm AR that uses Glock mags not much difference in price than the Ruger 9mm carbine

In 10mm I will buy one. In 45acp, I will buy one. In 9mm...maybe for the lady...

True but the main use of a pistol carbine is personal/home defense and plinking. The 9mm takes care of both pretty well, especially out of a 16" barrel. The 10mm would work well for the defense and could add some versatility with hunting but it wouldn't be very good for plinking(unless you reload) which would eliminate a lot of the market. Maybe they can come out a with a 10mm version in the future.
