Legacy Sports/Howa 6.5 Grendel Mini action customer service

Had 3 misfires at the last range visit. Maybe due to primers being set too deep. I use a RCBS Universal hand priming tool. In 20 years of reloading never had a misfire from primers being set too deep.

Just took the bolt apart. All looks normal.

Called Legacy just to chat with them and see what they had to say.....
Phone system said I had to wait 15 minutes.....

NOT IMPRESSED. Whether it is their issue or not.....

Might be limited staff on hand because of the SHOT show?

With all due respect, I thought of that, but that is an excuse. If it is a one man band maybe but they are not.....

15 minutes is not an unusual wait time at a busy gun manufacturer, especially during SHOT show. Be patient. It’ll be made right. In the mean time measure your headspace to be certain you didn’t set shoulder back too far. Which dies and shellholder are u using? I know it’s a long shot but just a suggestion.

That's my first thought, shoulder setback ( head spacing) is one of the main causes of misfire in a bolt gun.
