      I have no idea .
Sadly the weather here is not playing nice.
      I assembled it Jan 19th.
So it's just sitting here taunting me !!!
About all I can do until the weather breaks & the range road clears is take photos.

Well, I for one think it looks great. I'm kinda partial to FDE rifles though...

This is my first true FDE AR.
I swapped all the furniture on my three 300blk ARs to FDE.
But it didn't have the visual effect I'd really wanted and since I spend more time looking at them than shooting them.....

                Sent back the 3-12x & found a 4.5-18x & a taller mount for it !

Now, enough fiddling around with this.
It's time to start stocking up on ammunition so I'm ready when the weather finally breaks !!!

                  That looks pretty sick.

Did you lap the receiver face or bed the barrel into the upper?

Is that something you always do? I've never done that with my guns.

I've been inside the guts of ARs now since the 1980s. Haven't bought a factory AR15 since no later than 1998, and I lost count of how many I've built since I started panic-buying after the CA AWB, even before the Clinton AWB. (My LaRue Stealth 2.0 is the first factory AR15 I've owned in 20 years.)

When I put one together now, it doesn't even feel like working on an AR15 anymore, not like I used to do anyway.

Parts selection is a totally different process as I've become more informed, and parts preparation and build approach might as well be another gun.
