Cool rig 52. I need to look at all your rigs and decide which one would work best for my treks through the night hog hunting. Regular fanny packs don’t work at all because everything clanks around together. Are these on your site?

Not yet. I had to make all the templates from scratch for this, as all of the pouches were new for me.

The Gerber folding saw pouch doubles as a suppressor pouch as you can see.

All the pouches are padded and lined with 400D pack cloth.

There are card inserts in the admin pouch which covers the mag pouches.

You can see the 10rd rifle card in the pics, filled with 6.5 Creedmoor cartridges to illustrate compatibility with any .308-based case size.

You can top-off your action or mags from the admin pouch. There are also places for pens in elastic loops on the admin pouch.

The main chest panel is a bib with internal pocket as well, between the 2 layers of heavy gear mesh.

I'm making a MARPAT Desert .338 Lapua Magnum version of this for another customer that will hold 3 x AI .338 LM mags, Leica LRF, Kestrel, admin, etc.

These sure beat fanny packs because there is nothing in the way of your natural range of motion, and the spacer mesh-padded harness and hydration are very comfortable-more than any other chest rig I've worn. My experience with chest rigs ranges from old AK Chicom and Russian versions, to the British DPM vests, to early Eagle, US-Made Blackhawk, original 2/75 TT Ranger Rack, MOLLE Ranger Rack, through current designs.

None of them deal with strap management well except for the Tactical Tailor X Harness, and you end up with a front-forward posture and a lot of pressure on your neck and back due to imbalance. The H-harness chest rigs drive the straps up into your armpits, which is not cool, but they're better than the simple cross-over webbing harnesses in the back.

Those problems are gone with this system because of the harness shape and construction. Even when the bladder is drained, the load balance is surprisingly equalized.

Nice..... Are you making these or contracting out from somewhere?
Are you going to be selling them?
Would love a FDE or Kryptek camo version.

To meet State big game rifle season hunting requirements, it's easy enough to place blaze orange panels on the front Velcro, and on the Camelbak.

I designed and made this from scratch for a custom order. I have been making many other custom orders as well, including 7.62 mag, AI mag, .338 AI mag, and 5.56 mag rigs with similar features.

Very nice set up. Well thought out - looks like a great high for hunting on the move or in a stand.

Any updates on these being available or convincing you to do a single? Finally finishing off my certificates with master outfitter this spring and could seriously use one of these!
