95 vmax and 8208

Loaded up some 95 vmax with 8208,
Was very impressed with the results.
The last group was measured outside to outside .375
Rifle savage/howa 20.5 " suppressed with magnetospeed attached.
coal 2,295 fed 205 primer hornady brass.


Got better velocities than the load of 34 gn of cfe

If you can repeat that lower right group,I think it is 31 grs.,you have a winner.

Notice your excursion in velocity from 30.4gr to 30.7gr with 8208XBR under the 95gr VMAX.

You had a 64fps increase for .3gr, whereas before, you had a 9fps increase for .3gr.

Since you're shooting a bolt gun, I would explore the potential node around and above 31.0gr to see if it duplicates, but watch the velocity differences between each one.

Yes I intend to run another ladder to double check what was first recorded.
31 gn was max book load, only went there to see what was possible, would like to get the same accuracy with a little less powder.
Love this rifle and caliber the more I shoot it.
