Me too but EVERYBODY is out of stock. The only place I can find them is on auction sites and I don't really know if I feel comfy buying from some random person.

have you check "model 1 sales" I think they use E.R. Shaw barrels.

I am expecting my custom built 20 inch upper from Precision Firearms any time now. You might want to give them a call, check their website. They use Wilson and Lilja barrels, I'll let y'all know how it shoots when I get it.

Actually we use Les Baer (264 LBC) cut rifled, Lilja - True 6.5 Grendel, and Bartlein Barrels in True 6.5 Grendel. Lead times are 3-12 weeks depending on barrel configuration.

We are also starting to have barrels made to our specs and branded under our name by a USA Barrel Company. We decline to say who as this is our brand. Hand lapped and button rifled. A lot less expensive than Our other brands and they will still shoot sub 1 MOA. 416R Stainless steel. Many lengths, Contours and flutes will be available.

Right now we have 18, 20 inch in medium weight with and without fluting.

I wouldn't hesitate to order from Precision Firearms, as everything I've seen from them is top-notch so far. I have no professional arrangement or communication with them at all. I actually got 2 boxes of ammo from them via another forum member who I did some Cerakote work for.

Shooting the 123gr Silver Scenar load they make through my 16" economy gun gives me .79 MOA for 4-rounds, with a 7fps Extreme Spread in velocity. That is from a lightweight carbine that tips the scales in a weight less than its 5.56 equivalent for barrel length/profile.
