Shipping is USPS $6 flat rate box,
If buying only 1 washer, it will ship in an envelope and is included in the $10 to lower 48 states

PM and they will be sold in the order received.

Edited to correct title--Stated 9/16x26, I believe 9/16x24 is correct from reading the thread itself. Bill

What would be the best method to tighten it down, tool wise?

Anytime you are doing muzzle device work, there are several key things that come into play:

                1. Use anti-seize, especially stainless on stainless. Clean the threads thoroughly so that no debris can muck up your threading, and destroy the muzzle-just saw this happen to a guy recently.

                2. Clamp the barrel with insulators in a vice, not the upper or any other part attached to the barrel.

                3. If you don't want to mar or damage the muzzle brake, you can use a delrin tool, or even a strap wrench, when tightening the device. Just avoid steel on steel in cases like this, especially if a lot of torque is involved.
