    New guy from Oregon.

Hi, all. Finally got into a grendel rig so I figured I'd sign up.
Alexander lower with PSA parts kit.
    Double Star 20" upper.
    Magpul plastic.
Old as hell Burris 2-7x scope to get by on for awhile.
I have about 40 rounds through it and I got it to group under an inch.
The trigger is just the stock one from the LPK. I estimate it to be around 7 lbs and it breaks like a carrot. I plan on changing that out when $ permits, but for now I'm just going to polish it and put some J&P 4.5 lb springs in it.
I have a ways to go in my precision rifle game as well.
Anyways, it's got a long ways to go, but I'm still pretty stoked and I'm looking forward to killin' deer with it this fall.

Welcome to the Horde, Paul. You have gotten off to a good start by placing your offering of Gun Porn on the alter of the New Members forum with your first post. Well done. I'm certain the aroma is pleasing to the Gun gods.

The beauty of "old as hell" optics is that it gives you the perfect excuse to shop for new ones, and the market is always getting better with regard to choices.

We look forward to your after the hunt pics, as well.
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?
