In before shockingly baroque licensing mechanisms-- but that is interesting and welcomed news for sure!

Sounds like the courts are moving in the right direction. Hopefully other jurisdictions like California,Illinois,nj will be reigned in.

In a time where the decisions and mind set of many Americans leaves me dumbfounded this is definitely a breath of fresh air. I wonder if any of the people who have been prosecuted for gun possession in the past will be able to have their crimes rescinded? Thanks for the up-date.

Great news indeed! So far, my Lifetime membership in Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) has been the most productive money spent (between NRA, GOA and SAF).

At this point in time, SOA seems to get the biggest bang for the buck, but the NRA does lots behind the legislative scenes, so a lot happens without public notice or coverage. We need them all!
