    Grendel poleaxes 240lb boar

This beautiful boar stepped out at 120 yards Sunday evening. I had seen him a month earlier but wasn't able to make a shot, and we had been seeing him on two different trail cameras a week prior. Unlike some of the other hogs, he was making the occasional daytime appearance. I was fortunate enough to be where I was that day.

Shot was slight quartering away, just behind the point of the shoulder. 120gr. Barnes TSX, AA load. I filmed this on the ATN Shot Trak, and again, the quality us much better prior to uploading to YouTube, I'm not sure what's going on there.

    Mmm, bacon!
12.5" SBR Grendel - Need Barrel
    Surge - Rugged Suppressor
Been a fan of the Grendel from the very beginning and haven't second guessed that choice one time.

    Aim small, miss small!

Another one bites the dust. I really like your rifle set-up. Is that the LMOS or Tactical bolt carrier from JP? Are you using the SCS as well?

yes LRRPF52, the bolt carrier is a JP LMOS and the buffer / spring are the JP Silent Capture. It's one soft shooting rifle
