    Texas White Tail - Doe and Buck.

    Doe: 120lb (live weight). Shot at 157yds. AA18" Hunter - 6.5 Grendel - 123gr. Amax - Heart Shot. Doe travelled 20yds and Piled up.

    Buck: 165lb (live weight). Shot at 350yds. AA18" Hunter - 6.5 Grendel - 123gr. Amax Heart Shot. Buck travelled less than 30yds. Piled up.

      Wisconsin - 3 deer
      Buck: 150lb shot at 108yds, AA 18" lightweight barrel, Hornady factory 123gr SST - Spine, fragmented and 1/3 of 1 lung, dropped finishing shot to neck.
      Doe: 150lb shot at 50yds, AA 18" lightweight, Hornady factory 123gr. SST - High shoulder, completely vaporized both lungs, DRT.
      Doe: 110lb shot at 45yds AA 18" lightweight, Hornady factory 123 SST - Bad shot(rushed), high between the rib cage and rear quarter, dropped then went 30yds. 2" exit hole full of guts.

        Entry; lower right leg, caught heart and exited same area of left front leg. Broke both front shoulders.

                  Double naught spy , man , i can only imagine the grinnin and laughin went on after a shoot like that !!! A pig a night , whatever , 5 in a row , stuff like that just doesnt happen in wisconsin . Dont get me wrong , keep them pigs south of my vennison ,but that sounds like a lot of fun , and some good eating ! Fire up the smoker !!!

                      That stuff doesn't happen in Idaho either.....We usually only get one deer per year.

                      I would like to have some BBQable game that could be hunted year round, but I don't want the agricultural destruction that wild pigs would bring.
