Cull Deer

This guys right side got stuck on two for a couple of years. I decided it was time to put him in the freezer.

Shot him at about 90 yards with the 123 SST. He took four or five strides and dropped. Bullet went through both shoulders. I couldn't find the entry from the outside until I skinned him, exit was a big hole.

Is he also missing a brow tine on the side with only two branched antlers?

Nice kill! When you eat his back straps, you should use a salad fork, just to keep the tine count even.
